Welcome!
We are Heather and Andrea. We've been best friends since our daughters were born and we met through an online website, even though we only lived half a mile apart. Since then, we've been through a lot together. Though Andrea was diagnosed with Fibro many years ago, Heather wasn't until 2007. Andrea first moved 1,000 miles away to care for her ailing inlaws, when shortly after they passed, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer(you can read about that journey at badboobie.com).
While we both have other blogs, we thought that having one where we could focus on getting well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle despite our Fibro, could only help the cause.
We're a happy hour kind of people. You are more than welcome to leave positive and kind comments or suggestions, but please refrain from anything else. Even though we might have a bad day or even a few down days, that does not open our comments up to anything but positivity.
